Payments are due according to the schedule specified in your service agreement. We accept payment via credit card, wire transfer, or other approved methods. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4.3 Refunds

Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis. Generally, service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Storing or shipping illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods

• Damages resulting from third-party carrier delays or losses

• Damages exceeding the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Globe Fulfillment and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Products you store or ship through our facilities
• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Infringement of any third-party rights

9. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain high service standards. Our service level commitments, including uptime guarantees and performance metrics, are detailed in your service agreement or available upon request.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by providing 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.

10.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion.

10.3 Post-Termination

Upon termination, you must arrange for the removal of your inventory within 30 days. After this period, we reserve the right to dispose of remaining inventory at your expense.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
